<div>&nbsp;● 念经之后不需要有什么规定的仪式，只要双手合十拜一拜，可以默念或轻念：“谢谢大慈大悲观世音菩萨保佑我XXX。”这其实就是修自己行为的一种，表达我们对大慈大悲观世音菩萨的感恩心。</li>
<div>&nbsp;● 拜佛、念经之后要注意，最好不要马上（在五到十分钟之内）喝冷水，不要靠墙站、坐，最好不要马上与人交谈。</li>
<div>&nbsp;● 当我们拜佛、念经后，就是一种好的气场进入我们的体内，这种好的气场在帮助我们修补体内原有的不好的气场或帮助我们打开经络。如果念经、拜佛后马上就喝凉水会阴气上身。</li>
<div>&nbsp;● 很愿意喝冰水、喝凉水的人其实他接的都是阴气，所以我们早上一觉睡醒万物更新是最好的时候，如果一杯凉水、冰水下去就会一天倒霉，连血凝度也会有影响。一般只要不是太凉的水，在室内温度的水还是可以喝的，如果喝下去感觉太凉就不要喝了。</li>
<div>&nbsp;● 墙壁也是属阴的，“高墙”就是监狱，过去枪毙人都是站在墙边，所以拜佛、念经后最好不要靠墙站、坐，以免破坏自己好的气场。</li>
<div>&nbsp;● 念完经之后最好不要马上与人交谈，因为念完经后自身气场很好，一旦与人嘻嘻哈哈乱说话，会走掉很多好的气场，就不能聚气，应该慢慢地沉浸一会，再一点一点地与人交谈。</li>
<div>&nbsp;● 必须要记住千万不能乱说话。如果说肮脏的话或与人吵架、争执，念了一、两小时的经，只要说五到十分钟的不好的话，这些好的气场都会走掉。</li>
