<div>&nbsp;● 可以第一批先念27张小房子给自己名字的要经者，然后再7张、7张地念诵。</li>
<div>&nbsp;● 同时每天的功课：《大悲咒》7遍，《心经》至少7遍，《礼佛大忏悔文》3-5遍，结合小房子。念《心经》时要多求求菩萨“请大慈大悲观世音菩萨保佑我XXX，让我能够抛开邪淫，观世音菩萨请您慈悲慈悲我”。</li>
<div>&nbsp;● 另外还可以再加念《大吉祥天女咒》，“求大慈大悲观世音菩萨保护我XXX戒除恶习。”可以助缘帮着去除恶习。</li>
